What are your tasks?
In this position you will be joining the Management team of both companies, Kärcher and Leuco, which comprises the following activities:
As a sparring partner for the Managing Director and the leadership team you directly contribute to the business providing strategic direction and expertise knowledge.
You bring HR to the next level: Optimizing HR processes, strengthening the Employer Brand and modernizing the recruiting processes with innovative ideas.
Together with your Team of 2 HR-Specialists you ensure a smooth handling of all operational HR topics (e.g. pre-payroll, administration, personnel recruitment).
You process performance and identify potential as well as drive employee development through training activities.
You promote the corporate culture and leadership principles, enhancing a cooperative and sustainable work environment.
With your creative approach and your Kärcher values you manage two different mindsets (Kärcher Floor Care & Leuco), becoming a central figure in both subsidiaries.
What do you have?
A university degree related to HR, like Business Management, Psychology, Education or the like.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional HR experience in an international production company, and ideally with first leadership experience.
Competence in trade union negotiation, as well as knowledge of forecasting, remuneration and legislation relating to employment contracts, tax and social security issues.
Experience in personnel evaluation techniques and performance management as well as the ability to plan development activities.
Fluency in Italian and English (both written and orally); ideally experience working with SAP’s SuccessFactors.
An interpersonal leadership style paired with a collaborative, outgoing personality and a hands-on mentality.
