What are your tasks?

In close coordination with the specialist departments, you will carry out requirement analyses and develop innovative solution concepts. In this way, you will play a key role in shaping our departmental strategies.

You prioritize the overarching product backlog, plan the capacity requirements for implementation in the team and manage the connection to existing IT systems, e.g. for SAP ERP or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will be responsible for requirements management, implementation & worldwide rollouts, as well as the operation of solutions.

You will support the program manager in planning the product roadmap and the chapter lead in determining the skill requirements.

You will take over the product lifecycle management for all applications assigned in the squad and ensure their operation.

Last but not least, you will provide technical guidance to your teammates and be a sparring partner for their concerns.

Job requirements

What might your profile look like?

A completed commercial/technical degree (e.g. business informatics, business administration or finance) or an equivalent degree.

Extensive experience of several years in the conception and implementation of IT solutions as well as in project management (incl. management of external service providers).

Very good knowledge in the application of various IT methods (agile, Scrum, Kanban, User Story Mapping, etc.).

Business fluent in English.

Analytical and economic thinking, innovative spirit, process affinity and a high level of solution orientation.
