Job description

Overall IT responsibility in the company. Management of IT budget and assets. Coordination of service providers and with IT HQ.

Key Resposabilities

• Ensure compliance with Group IT standards;

• Coordination with HQ, global and local outsourcing IT-companies, Internet providers, Consulting companies

• Ensure high level of IT-support on local level with professional consultation of business and with the support of HQ and IT outsourcing companies

• Manage IT budget, cost control and meet all reporting requirements;

Manage IT acquisition and the relationship with IT vendors, service providers and consultants

• Ensure local IT Project management, especially within SAP projects implemented by HQ;

• Ensure the functionality of IT equipment (servers, routers, firewalls, laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, IP telephony and etc.);

• Ensure IT-Assets life cycle management, software licensing

Ensure up to date evidence of IT assets and documentation of IT applications

• Coordinate and ensure user access to the company's IT resources

Ensure adequate technical user support

• Maintenance and development of applications / databases (Windows, Office, Google, SAP, CRM, etc) with the support of HQ IT and local outsourcing IT companies

• Supervision of the operation in optimal conditions of the network and of the printing equipment;

Ensure the integrity of company data and implement the IT security policies

Provide adequate user training concerning new IT equipment, standards or applications.

Job requirements

  • Knowledge of IT-infrastructure and administration of services (AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Mail, Group Policies, IP-telephony)
  • Knowledge of the principles of building networks, network technologies
  • Knowledge of Windows client and Windows server OS
  • Experience in incident & problem management
  • Knowledge of Database & Database Management Systems
  • Basics of ITIL: Incident management, Problem management, CMDB, Service Desk
  • Understanding IT-architecture
  • Experience in organization communications (contracting, technical requirements) with different suppliers of IT-services
  • As an Advantage:
    • basics of project management
    • understanding the process approach and experience in business analysis
    • basic understanding of business application (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) - functionality, main partners-consulting companies on local market
  • Basics presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good planning and communication skills (especially with users)
  • English intermediate level

Education

Higher education (Computer Science, Electronics, Automation)

Experience

At least 4 years experience in a similar position. Advantage - experience in IT project management.
