Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Retail omni-channel

  • You design and implement the omni-channel B2C sales strategy in the Eastern European Region (14 countries) in alignment with the corporate retail and e-commerce strategies and the regional business strategy.

  • You build rapport with the subsidiaries and indirectly lead a strong team to determine aligned SMART goals, priorities, capabilities and actions, and you drive execution.

  • You drive the rollout of local webshops and the collaboration with marketplaces and ensure an attractive digital customer journey inspiring passion for the brand and its product range.

  • You coach and train local sales teams, support key account management, and visit customers together. You act as a sparring partner to the local Managing Directors.

  • You design and enforce sales policies related to pricing, promotions, territories and channels, and you develop, recommend and drive product ranges, campaigns, and accessories against or above target.

  • You are involved in financial forecasting and planning and manage your own set of KPIs for the region.


  • A relevant university degree (e.g. management, business administration) and at least 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in a regional structure.

  • A background from industries like tools, garden products, home care products with a strong exposure and proven track record in B2C sales.

  • Experience in different B2C sales channels and omnichannel approaches, like retail, webshops, marketplaces. Strong e-commerce strategy knowledge and thorough in execution.

  • A strategic and structured way of acting and thinking with a customer centric focus.

  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills, min. 1 other East European language is required, others are a plus.

  • Readiness to travel up to 40% of your working time.
