Finance & Administration Manager Italy (m/f/d)

Based in Milan, Italy


Based out of the successfully operating sales and service subsidiary in Milan with around 60 employees and approx. 45 million € turnover, this exciting task will comprise:

  • Leading a team of 7 employees with 4 direct reports,
  • Being part of the management team, you will be a sparring partner to the Managing Director and support the ambitious growth plans of the company from the financial side,
  • Helping to elevate the business to the next level by supporting the ongoing change processes in the Italian organization,
  • Being responsible for the complete financial spectrum of accounting, reporting, planning and budgeting, treasury, receivables management, taxes, audits (internal & external), financial analysis and controlling,
  • Monitoring and optimizing all administrative processes within the organization,
  • Being also responsible for customer service and logistics.

Job requirements

For this exciting and growth oriented position you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus,
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in an international environment, and at least 5 years leadership experience,
  • Sound knowledge of local and international standards in accounting and controlling, tax and statutory, cash-flow management, financial planning, corporate reporting and analysis,
  • Some exposure to Logistics as well as Customer Service,
  • Strong sales business controlling skills,
  • A systematic, structured and reliable way of work combined with a hands-on and pro-active approach,
  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and orally),
  • Demonstrable experience in SAP.
