The product range covers all requirements in municipal use: from winter service, sweeping and cleaning, mowing and maintenance to weed control and numerous special applications. For their recently acquired production facility (75 people) in Jelgava / Latvia we are currently hiring a


Finance & Administration Manager (m/f/d)


  • As part of the core management team you will be leading the complete financial and administrative spectrum. The goal: Ensure the financial and administrative integration into the Kärcher Group and ramp up the business.

  • You are responsible for accounting and controlling: reporting, planning and budgeting, treasury, receivables management, taxes, audits (internal & external) and financial analysis.

  • Furthermore, you are taking care of IT and HR. You initiate the full integration into the Kärcher systems (e.g. Google Workspace) and set up a recruiting plan.

  • As a sparring partner (m/f/d) to the Managing Director you are supporting decision-making processes from a financial point of view.

  • In close collaboration with Production and German HQs you are providing product calculations and pricings.

  • Starting with 4 people, you are leading and growing a professional Finance, HR and IT team. You provide them vision and establish smooth, future-proved processes.

Job requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

  • Around 7 years professional and 2-3 years leadership experience in an international organization.

  • Successful track record in a production facility of a global organization and strong sales and business controlling skills.

  • Sound knowledge of local and international standards (e.g. IFRS, HGB, HB1, HB2) in accounting and controlling, tax and statutory, cash-flow management, financial planning, corporate reporting and analysis.

  • A coaching and visionary leadership style combined with a systematic and hands-on working approach.

  • Fluency in Latvian and English, Russian or German would be a plus.
