Your responsibilities include:

  • Help drive business as HR Business Partner to the board of our French subsidiary (sales & service) with almost 500 people and €240m in revenues (https://www.kaercher.com/fr/a-propos-de-kaercher.html) and lead the HR team with 6 members
  • Coordinate and negotiate with collective labour relations
  • Pro-actively drive strategic HR projects (employer brand, engagement, talent, organisational development etc.), while ensuring reliable payroll delivery, personnel administration and health and safety
  • Ensure continuity of HR IT implementation (SAP SuccessFactors)

Job requirements

Your qualification

  • Academic graduate (M.A. or equivalent)
  • More than 10 years of professional HR experience, of which 3-5 years in a similar position in a global corporation, having worked abroad is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years leadership track record
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set, and business and financial acumen
  • Familiar with HR Tech and digital tools
  • Take initiative and emotional intelligence
  • Strong command in English, German is plus
