To support the rapid growth of our Center of Expertise in Bucharest, we search for an Inhouse Recruiter (m/f/d).
What are your tasks?
Delivering end-2-end recruiting of professionals and executives with an outstanding candidate experience.
Building rapport with and consulting hiring managers in their decision-making.
Conducting briefing calls, composing job advertisements, and activating target-group specific sourcing strategies.
Screening incoming applications in SAP SuccessFactors, pre-selecting a shortlist, conducting video interviews and advising Kärcher colleagues on the decision making.
Conducting and documenting interviews, candidate relationship management and support.
Continuously optimizing tools and processes, digitization, and internationalization.
What you bring to the table?
Graduated from university in HR, business, communications, or engineering.
You have a minimum of 3 years professional track record in recruiting / active sourcing, talent acquisition.
A good technical understanding and a feel for the latest trends and technologies in IT recruiting as well as the target audience.
Strong command in English, German is a plus.
Because of past international exposure you easily adapt to cultural differences.
You see the bigger picture and do not forget about the details.
You have high standards regarding performance, process compliance and customer-centricity.
