International Key Account Manager (m/f/d) E-Commerce / Digital Sales

Your main objective in this versatile position will be to develop and implement the e-commerce channel strategies for large online sales platforms and marketplaces (B2C) across the globe. Reporting to the ‘Director of International Key Account Management‘ your tasks in this role will include:

  • Analyzing and establishing online sales and pricing strategies for the non-store channel and its B2C-customers globally.
  • Strengthening the direct sales approach via supporting Kärcher´s global online shops and acquiring local marketplaces.
  • Initiating and accompanying Kärcher’s international subsidiaries in implementing and handling their local e-commerce channels.
  • Sparring with the Kärcher Marketing division in order to enrich the online appearance and shops globally based on the latest trends.

Job requirements

Your qualification

For this exciting challenge with a strong global outreach you should possess some years of Key Account Management experience in an e-commerce environment, and preferably also a very good understanding of online marketing tools. Apart from that we are looking for:

  • A degree in International Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, or a related field;
  • Extensive experience in international projects;
  • A high understanding of current trends and topics within e-commerce channels;
  • Excellent command of English, German skills would be a plus;
  • A self-starting attitude, strong communication and analytical skills and a strong drive for innovative ideas.
