Sales Director (m/f/d) Professional Channels B2B
The main goal of this position is to design and achieve a holistic B2B sales strategy and to grow the professional sales segment in Hungary.
Therefore you adapt the global professional sales strategy into local actions.
You develop and manage an annual sales and expense budget.
You strategically map clients and market segments and align sales resources accordingly and manage potential inter-channel conflicts.
You support your team in transforming the sales approach from price-based product selling to value-based selling based on relationships and trust.
You are in charge of a team consisting of 4 channel sales managers and 30 staff in total.
A relevant university degree, e.g. management, business administration.
Minimum 5-10 years background in a B2B sales management function, ideally in a technical environment like power tools, agricultural equipment, machinery, industrial vehicles, material handling, or construction machinery.
Experience of selling via a range of direct and distribution channels.
Strong leadership skills and experience in coaching and mentoring teams to ensure their continuous professional development.
A strong strategic and commercial mindset to help to elevate the whole sales and service organization to the next level.
Fluent Hungarian and English written and verbal communication skills, German would be a plus.
Willingness to travel throughout the country.
