Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

What are your tasks?

  • In this versatile role you lead and develop a team of 3 HR specialists (Payroll, Recruiting Support, Training Administration).

  • As a sparring partner for the Managing Director and the entire leadership team you directly contribute to the business providing strategic direction and expertise knowledge.

  • You bring HR to the next level: Optimizing HR processes in order to fit rapid growth plans, adopting global processes locally, like performance and succession management.

  • You have a strong emphasis on supporting global initiatives like employee survey, culture excellence and purpose culture.

  • In close collaboration with hiring managers you create high performing teams, build out solid competency maps and plans, and retain high performers in a fierce market environment.

  • You build up a strong communication channel to every level of the organization and being a central figure in promoting the organization’s culture and its shared values.

Job requirements

What do you have?

  • A university degree related to HR, like Business Management, Psychology, Education or the like.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional HR experience from an international, matrixed, environment, and at least 5 years leadership experience.

  • A thorough process orientation in combination with an international mindset and a hands-on mentality;

  • Fluency in Polish and English (both written and orally); experience from working with SAP’s SuccessFactors.

  • A transparent leadership style paired with a collaborative and outgoing personality, ideally with coaching experience.
