Your tasks?

  • Building up recruiting structures, processes and client onboarding together with our colleague Karla Gomez Rocha <3.

  • Consulting hiring managers across the Americas in their decision-making and building rapport.

  • Conducting briefing calls, composing job advertisements, and activating target-group specific sourcing strategies.

  • Driving profitable growth through sustainable business development, sales and ‘top notch’ delivery.

  • Partnering with our clients and delivering headhunting mandates and diagnostics services from sales to invoice.

Job requirements

  • You have graduated from university in business, psychology or a comparable field.
  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Consultant (m/f/d) in recruiting / talent acquisition and active sourcing / as a Recruiter (m/f/d) with a proven track record.

  • Very strong command in Spanish and English.

  • Exposure to Latin America, and ideally the United States.

  • You are a curious, open-minded, autonomous and self-reflected and a communicative networker with a problem-solving and customer-centric mindset.
