Strategy Consultant and Assistant to CEO of interpool




Your tasks?

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will join the global management in order to strategically support the CEO and the Leadership Team. Stabilizing our hub locations’ business by smooth collaboration and tangible support, your main functions are:

  • Strategy Development and Execution: Establish strategy cycles and guide leaders and teams through strategy determination. Ensure consolidation of milestones for business lines and international subsidiaries. Support strategy execution across and within the businesses through collaboration and agile project management. Drive global projects and initiatives.


  • Business Development: Establish customer relationship management end-to-end, from system to templates, aligning all business leaders. Structure and take charge of sales support (PoS, CRM, marketing material, events,…). Improve communication based on facts, data and analytics. Support launching products internationally (local enabling, sales support) and initiate cross-selling.


  • Financial Planning, Forecasting and Control: Drive budgeting and forecast processes and consolidate them in SAP. Create business plans for all entities and evaluate risks. Compare results to long-term planning, identify gaps and consult on counter measures. Own international controlling and reporting, data and analytics to better understand the business and sustainably grow profitably.

Stellenanforderungen

Your Qualifications

  • You have graduated from university in business, marketing, finance or a comparable field, with honors.

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience either as a consultant, sales controller or comparable, within a progressive and growing environment, preferably within the service industry.

  • You have had international exposure and show a strong command in English. German is a plus.

  • You pay attention to detail, deal easily with numbers and show a high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information. As an “interpooli”, you are curious, open-minded and self-reflected at the time.
