Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) Nordics

100% Homeoffice

Ideally based in Malmo or Copenhagen

What are your tasks?

  • You will be selling our entire product range, with a focus on refueling stations and containers for storing hazardous materials, to our dealers in the Baltics & Scandinavia (Finland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden &) with a sustainable turnover base. The goal: Increase our market share in the Nordics and building up CEMO Nordics.

  • Together with an already existing Area Sales Manager Nordics you are the main contact person for our existing customers, determining customer-specific requirements, preparing attractive offers, and conducting contract and price negotiations. You would take on a collegial management role for the existing Area Sales Manager.

  • With your market expertise, you will identify and win potential new customers, keeping an overview of the competition and ensuring reliable reporting to CEMO headquarters.

  • At regular intervals, you organize and attend fairs to show a strong presence of the CEMO Group and work closely with the marketing department to prepare materials for our customers.

  • Ultimately, you will be responsible for the smooth management and stocking of the warehouse.

Job requirements

  • A successfully completed commercial degree (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering, or management).

  • First years of experience in sales/ key account management and handling distributors in an industrial environment, ideally in agricultural or construction machinery.

  • First leadership experience, ideally in a functional leadership or project management role.

  • Ambition and drive to build up a strong strong brand and fruitful network.

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Danish and German would be an asset.

  • Strong customer and service orientation combined with negotiation skills and a good technical understanding of our products.

  • Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems.

  • Willingness to travel throughout the Nordics (approx. 50-60%).
