Controller / Data Analyst with a Focus on Sustainability / ESG (m/f/d)

With memberships or contributions to the Science Based Targets Initiative, the Carbon Disclosure Project, the Circular Plastics Alliance, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and many others, the company plays an active and strategic role when it comes to climate protection and emission reductions, the development of regenerative materials, and the implementation of circular economy approaches.

As part of a regular replacement, this highly relevant position of a "Sustainability - Data Hero" is currently available at the Headquarters in Austria, easily accessible from the major cities of Salzburg, Linz and Vienna.

In this versatile and exciting role you will be responsible for

  • aggregation, quality assurance, analysis and presentation of all ESG - relevant data based on the Global Standards for Sustainability (GRI) and the EcoVadis - rating for the almost 140 locations of the group;
  • supervision and further customization of the core sustainability software including the interfaces to SAP;
  • Supporting, motivating and training of your roughly 400 colleagues for the on-site data entry.

Job requirements

For this intriguing position, we expect

  • a relevant university degree (business administration, management, controlling, sustainability, data science, data analytics or similar);
  • three years minimum professional experience in controlling, strong interest in sustainability topics, and a passion for numbers, data and data analysis;
  • fluency in English and ideally a basic command of German plus a willingness to relocate;
  • a self-starting attitude, excellent analytical skills, strong communication, commitment and a distinct sense for teamwork.
