Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Contract and agreements negotiation
  • Yearly business planning and execution with the clients to achieve revenue and profitability
  • targets
  • Build and consolidate business partnerships
  • Identify opportunities for market share growth
  • Ensure brand visibility in the channel
  • Planning and executing promotions and coop campaigns
  • Deliver Product trainings and demonstrations to clients
  • Manage account receivables for the clients
  • Making sales planning and forecast to ensure product availability
  • Market monitoring

Job requirements

To be successful, you need to have:

  • Residence in Cluj
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
  • University degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Good business and market understanding
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
