Job description


  • Lead the development of compelling business cases for new IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Partner with stakeholders at all levels to analyze, elicit, translate, and simplify their business needs and translate them into clear and actionable IT requirements.

  • Actively participate in pre-sales activities to gather client requirements, understand project objectives, and contribute to the development of winning proposals.

  • Lead and champion the adoption of effective Business Analysis methodologies and best practices, ensuring efficient and compliant requirements management.

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of appropriate requirements management processes and tools (if applicable).

  • Conduct in-depth user research through various methods (interviews, workshops, surveys) to gather comprehensive IT requirements.

  • Facilitate requirements workshops and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Develop and maintain well-documented and easy-to-understand IT requirements specifications, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of technical feasibility.

  • Proactively identify and manage risks associated with requirements gathering and analysis.

  • Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, implementing changes and updates as needed, while ensuring compliance with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and processes.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them informed of project progress, potential challenges, and solutions.

Job requirements


  • College Diploma or University Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's degree in Software/IT Business Analysis is a plus).

  • CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification is a strong plus.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior IT Business Analyst or a related role with a proven track record of success in complex projects.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience with various Business Analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with relevant Business Analysis tools.

  • Understanding of application development and software development life cycle (SDLC) concepts.

  • Experience with ISMS compliance is a plus.
