Injection Mold Supervisor

We are looking for potential candidates for the injection mold machine supervisor position at our cleaning equipment manufacturing company. You will become a member of our team and be responsible for maintenance activities related to: Injection machine, plastic mold, feeding system,....

• To participate in new equipment (injection machine, robot, cooling system, feeding system,..) installation

• Frequently inspect machine, robot, mold, equipment...to proactively detect potential problems and recommend the necessary repair or maintenance

• Implement TPM activities effectively

• Prepare the maintenance policy and regular

• Provide support and advice during staff recruitment and ensure the proper onboarding and training process

• Analyze and resolve quality issues, propose improvement measures, and implement preventive actions against defects

• Recommend budget items, contributing to the development of an annual maintenance budget

• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment

• Contribute to continuous improvement activities

• Degree in engineering (Mechanical, electrical, automation,...)

• Experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role in the plastic injection manufacturing company

• Strong technical knowledge of plastic injection/ mold machine

• Excellent planning and leadership abilities

• Experience in CAD software, PLC, HMI etc

• 3D software is advantageous

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Writing and communication skills

• Ability to make decisions under pressure
