Job description


  • Manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful outcomes and exceeding expectations.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop project plans, and manage project timelines and resources.

  • Gain sufficient project requirements and transfer the knowledge to related people through training.

  • Lead and mentor internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment and driving high performance.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.

  • Control account portfolio (quality, productivity) to meet the predefined targets by maintaining close supervision to the projects.

  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Job requirements


  • University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a service delivery or project management role.

  • Strong fluency in German (B1/B2 level) and English is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

  • Experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building strong relationships and exceeding expectations.

  • Continuous improvement mindset and a data-driven approach to optimization.
