Job description
Responsibilities:
Manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful outcomes and exceeding expectations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop project plans, and manage project timelines and resources.
Gain sufficient project requirements and transfer the knowledge to related people through training.
Lead and mentor internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment and driving high performance.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
Control account portfolio (quality, productivity) to meet the predefined targets by maintaining close supervision to the projects.
Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a service delivery or project management role.
Strong fluency in German (B1/B2 level) and English is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on building strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
Continuous improvement mindset and a data-driven approach to optimization.
