After Sales Service Manager - South of Portugal (m/f/d)

Position

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of 8-10 field service technicians, you will oversee both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations to enhance the company's after sales and service operations.

• Ensuring high team performance and efficiency using various KPIs.

• Overseeing service activities such as scheduling, resource allocation, and spare parts management. You will also play a key role in approving technical suppliers to ensure high standards of service delivery.

• With a focus on financial management, you will be responsible for pricing service contracts and managing internal costs and warranties.

• Acting as the go-to-person, you will support your team in resolving client and technical issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and providing assistance to the various Kärcher branches.

Your qualifications

In addition to possessing a strategic and hands-on mindset, along with a strong customer focus, this dynamic position requires:

• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience as a technician in an industrial setting, with prior leadership experience.

• A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, PHC, and ideally SAP.

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in Portuguese and English (both spoken and written).

• Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at managing diverse situations and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
