Finance Business Partner Manager

• Lead and manage the finance business partner function, covering the areas for Controlling, Tax, Treasury / Working Capital Management and support of the APAC Shared Service Center for Accounting

• Prepare timley required reports with profound analysis of daily, monthly, quarterly, annual and multi-year actual business performance, trends, plans and forecasts covering relevant financial business aspects incl. profound analysis

• Prepare, and conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities and their implementation. Prepare cost saving analysis and monitor developments. Provide guideance to other departments

• Prepare and review investment decision, ensure investments run along approved budgets and conduct regualalry investment reviews.

• Review provided accounting reports from the APAC shared service center and ensure reports are accurate and timely submitted. Closely drive improvements together with the APAC shared service center team and eventually execute preprocess steps. Responsible for the statutory filings

• Be responsible for cash management. Evaluate, analyse and report cash usage and prepare plans and forecasts as required. Ensure always optimal cash balances for the business

• Prepare reports, provide analysis and initiate measures to fullfill working capital targets incl. but not limited to cash, inventory, AR and AP

• Responsible for managing all corportate tax payments, report submissions, tax audit management. Initiate and execute tax plans for tax optimizations. Ensure VAT invoices are issued correctly (supplier / customer). Identify tax subsidies

• Lead finance business partner team to complete the related job on time and cooperate with other departments to ensure sound and smooth financial operations

• Develop the finance business partner team, retain members and identify training needs and suitable trainings (internal / external)

• Perform all other duties as assigned and required. Support in projects; take ownership of finance related sub-project leadership

• Act as a Key User for Financial Systems e.g. SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor (Business Administration or Finance)
• Tax Certificate
• Solid knowledge of Controlling / Business Partnering
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese taxation system and workings
• Leading a Finance business partner function in a manufacturing company with international exposure for at least 3 years
• MS Office ; SAP
• Solid English skills both in writing and oral
