Interpool is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead the financial operations and contribute significantly to the future success of Kärcher Technology Latvia.

This is how you WOW:

• As part of the management board, you will lead the complete financial, personnel, and IT spectrum, providing strategic guidance to drive efficiency and sustainable growth within our manufacturing operations.

• Collaborating with the Managing Director, you will develop and execute the plant's financial strategy, offering crucial financial insights for key decision-making processes.

• You will oversee all aspects of accounting and controlling, ensuring precise tracking of production costs to maximize profitability and financial performance.

• In close collaboration with German Headquarters, you will provide reporting, calculations, and pricing strategies, translating complex financial data into strategic recommendations for the Executive Board.

• You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating financial risks within plant operations, safeguarding the company's financial stability and future growth.

• You will oversee the integration of IT and HR functions into Kärcher systems and establish a robust recruiting plan to support our expansion.

• Leading and mentoring a team of 11 professionals in Finance, HR, and IT, you will foster efficient and integrated processes across these critical functions.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (Master’s or MBA preferred).

• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.

• A deep understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory valuation methods, and standard costing systems.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Comprehensive knowledge of local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, cash flow management, financial planning, and reporting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP.

• A visionary and coaching leadership style combined with a systematic and hands-on work ethic.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Fluency in Latvian and English is essential (proficiency in Russian or German is advantageous).
