Our customer Mysoda is a Finnish company that manufactures premium sparkling water makers and the associated syrups and CO2 products. The product portfolio includes the first sparkling water makers made from sustainable wood composite. The products are available in thousands of stores in various European countries. The sparkling water makers have been recognized for outstanding design with various international design awards such as the iF gold award and the Red Dot Award for outstanding product design. Sales Manager Mysoda Germany (m/f/d)


Your task will include:

  • In this growth-oriented position, you will be responsible for the overall Mysoda sales activities in Germany.

  • Winning new customers by building, developing and executing a sales strategy to grow across new partnerships including Electrical Retail Channels, Food Channels as well in other assigned target markets, then monitoring, driving and developing the accounts for long-term success

  • Growing the different categories of Mysoda machines, cylinders and flavors.

  • Participating in the development of innovative, sales-promoting marketing concepts to exploit customer potential.

  • Continuously monitoring the market and competition to identify trends and opportunities, and deriving actionable measures.

  • In addition to sales, a key task is to manage the admin of Mysoda Deutschland GmbH, with support from HQ in Finland.


Job requirements

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or sales related field or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of service sales experience in the Small Domestic Appliances sector

  • Established contacts with both food retailers (e.g. Rewe, Edeka, Kaufland) and electronics retailers (e.g. MediaMarkt).

  • Strong sales mindset with a passion for acquiring new business and creating successful relationships.

  • High willingness to travel in Germany and regularly to Finland to the HQ.

  • Entrepreneurial way of working combined with building something from scratch.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with great interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with ERP systems.
